The Restaurant
A daily menu, written by the harvest.
Lunch is a leisurely two hours under whitewashed beams. Dinner is candlelit, with a tasting menu shaped by what came in from the garden that morning.
Vegetables travel metres, not miles. Wines are chosen from estates that share our values.

The Coffee House
Slow mornings, marble counters, brass fittings.
Single-origin beans, hand-poured. A warm croissant. A patch of sun by the window. The unhurried beginning every day deserves.

The Bar
Copper stills, estate spirits, garden-grown garnishes.
Our bar pours small-batch gins distilled on the property, alongside a cellar of South African wines and craft cocktails built around what's blooming.
